1. 填写表格后，请查阅您的电邮。电子认献卡将通过电邮发给您。
After successfully registered, please check your e-mail. Your E-pledge card will be sent to your email address as provided.

2. 请按“认献卡列号和所属堂会”缴交认献款项，以方便将来登账公布收支时采用。
Please indicate the pledge card number and church branch upon submit of the fund for the ease of verification.

3. 若您在24小时之内未收到电子认献卡，请联络 教会财政部 [email protected]或 085-644908 。
If you did not receive the E-pledge card within 24 hours, please contact MGC finance department at [email protected] or Tel No: 085-644908 .

4. 凡已填写电子版卡，无须再填写纸版信心认献卡。会友只需一次填写，无须重复。
You ARE NOT required to refill the hardcopy version of the pledge card after your registration for the E-pledge card. Each person only required to fill once only.
